How to navigate in the "Square" on the Gate platform: a step-by-step guide for beginners ( as I am also learning ).
In the past three months, I have studied the Gate platform and have finally been able to figure out where the different functions are and how to use "Square" on my own. I share my experience so that newcomers can navigate faster.
1. Enter "Square".
1) Please visit the Gate page and find the text "SQUARE" in the top left corner.
2) Scroll down a bit - a "Suggested Topics" window will appear.
2. Choose a topic.
1) Click on "Suggested Topics".
2) The page will open with different topics. Above will be the text: "We have chosen such topics for you," and below is a numbered list (1, 2, 3…) with the current topics.
3) Click on the topic you are interested in.

3. Consider the homepage.
On the selected topic homepage, you can find:
📌 Above — the title of the topic or competition.
📌 With the name:
📍❤️ Top 4.
📍Number of views (for example, 6K).
📍Number of articles (for example, 3K).
📌 Next line:
📍Left: latest updates.
📍Issue: hot (hot topic).
📌 Below is the pinned post about the competition or topic.
📌 At the bottom of the page, you can find the "Join Discussion" button.
4. Advice for beginners.
Don't hesitate to explore the platform independently - even after three months of use, I finally understood where everything is.
Start with popular or suggested topics - this makes it easier to navigate.
Follow the pinned posts, they often contain the most important information.
Now I am actively learning and exploring "Square", and I can say that it is quite interesting and convenient for those who want to stay updated on current events and competitions.
