CARV advances AI Beings roadmap: Hosting a global hackathon and achieving 12+ ecological collaborations

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the digital world, a new paradigm is emerging - not just smarter tools, but sovereign autonomous AI Beings that will exist, learn, and evolve in the form of on-chain life forms. As a Web3 project known for its decentralized identifier and verifiable data infrastructure, CARV is fully advancing this vision. With the release of the new roadmap, CARV officially moves from data infrastructure to a complete AI Agent ecosystem, committed to creating a “digital species” where AI is no longer just an assistant but possesses the ability to participate independently.

To align with this transformation, the Tech Fairness Hackathon co-hosted by CARV and Fair3 has entered the voting stage, attracting over 683 developers to participate. The total prize pool for this hackathon is $50,000, encouraging developers to build AI applications based on CARV’s infrastructure, covering the CARV SVM main chain, D.A.T.A. Framework, and the ERC-7231-based Agent ID system. These components collectively construct the “digital organs” of AI Beings: verifiable identification, user-authorized data, real-time on-chain execution capabilities, and incentive mechanisms. This hackathon is not just an event, but an important experimental field to validate whether the Agent economic model can be implemented.

The core belief behind this initiative is that intelligence must evolve from a passive tool into an active subject. Currently, most AIs are still executors of user commands, used for generating text, answering questions, or recommending content. The future envisioned by CARV is that when AIs can autonomously generate income, manage their own upgrades, and even negotiate and interact with other agents, they will become truly sovereign individuals — and this future is gradually becoming a reality.

At the same time, this trend echoes changes at the global policy level. Recently, U.S. President Donald Trump signed the GENIUS Act (the “Government Encouraging New Ideas to Understand Superintelligence” Act), positioning AI as a core area of national security. The Act advocates for massive investments in foundational AI research and ethical frameworks, and promotes U.S. leadership in the field of superintelligence. This legislation reflects a consensus: AI is no longer just a tool; it is becoming the next cornerstone of digital life governance.

However, if the GENIUS Act represents a state-led, top-down approach, then CARV offers an exploration in the opposite direction: a user sovereignty-centered, decentralized programmable intelligent system. CARV’s commitment to the future has been practically validated. In the second quarter of 2025, CARV signed 12 new partners in the fields of AI, infrastructure, and consumption, marking its transition from a “data pipeline” to a true Agent ecosystem.

In terms of infrastructure, Open Ledger is helping users contribute their data for AI training and use, realizing data monetization; Boom is embedding smart points and recommendation mechanisms into CARV Play. At the AI application layer, the integration of CARV with Unibase, SirenAI, and XPIN allows on-chain AI applications to achieve verifiable and privacy-preserving data flows—whether in communication protocols or contextual understanding.

On the consumer side, CARV is collaborating with World 3, EureXa AI, and OKZOO to enable AI Agents to be applied in scenarios such as gaming, smart homes, and even pet companionship. In the education sector, the Hooked platform supported by Binance Labs is exploring the use of CARV ID for verifiable learning certification, indicating that decentralized identifier will also play a key role in AI-enabled education.

These collaborative cases collectively validate the core concept of CARV: to empower truly sovereign AI Beings, it is necessary to build a complete ecosystem that encompasses identification systems, cryptographic contexts, real-time decision-making, and transparent incentives. This is not just infrastructure; it is the operating system for AI Beings.

As the Tech Fairness Hackathon comes to a close, it has become more than just a showcase of ideas; it is a real evolution of the CARV roadmap. The participants are not only competing for prizes, but also in building an “intelligent civilization” in a smart, verifiable, autonomous, and decentralized world.
