1. Scope of This Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how GateClaw collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and protects personal information in connection with the Service.

- prompts, files, workflow inputs, linked resources, and configuration data;
- billing and subscription records.
B. Information collected automatically

- IP address, session identifiers, timestamps, usage logs, crash reports, and diagnostics;
- feature interaction records, execution states, model-routing data, and workflow telemetry;
- hosted-instance status, storage consumption, infrastructure logs, and access events.
C. Information from connected services
If you connect external tools, wallets, APIs, or other services, we may receive the information necessary to enable those connections and perform the actions you request.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
- authenticate users and manage accounts;
- process requests, automate workflows, and deliver outputs;
- support hosted environments, billing, quotas, diagnostics, and product improvement;
- detect abuse, investigate fraud, prevent misuse, and comply with law;
- communicate with you about updates, support, and service administration.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by law, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
- performance of a contract with you;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- your consent;
- legitimate interests, such as security, fraud prevention, product reliability, and service improvement, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
5. Sharing of Personal Information
We may share information with:
- affiliated entities for operational, legal, support, or security purposes;
- infrastructure vendors, model providers, storage vendors, payment providers, analytics vendors, and support processors acting on our behalf;
- third parties that you intentionally connect or authorize;
- regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other authorities where required or permitted by law;
- transaction counterparties in the context of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of the term unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
6. International Transfers
Because GateClaw may involve distributed infrastructure, global service providers, or cross-border technical support, your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own.
Where required, we will implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including service delivery, legitimate business needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.
After the retention period ends, we may delete, aggregate, or anonymize the information, subject to applicable law and technical constraints.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No system is perfectly secure. You are also responsible for protecting your devices, approval channels, passwords, and account security.
9. Children and Minors
GateClaw is not intended for children below the age permitted under applicable law to independently use the Service.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict that information.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- access personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request portability of certain information;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We may require verification of your identity before acting on a request.
11. Handling of Sensitive Credentials and High-Risk Data
Because GateClaw may be used in digital-asset and Web3 workflows, some users may need to provide highly sensitive operational inputs.
Please read this section carefully:
A. Information that may be submitted when necessary
Where strictly necessary for a user-initiated digital-asset workflow, GateClaw may allow submission or temporary handling of the following types of information:
- wallet private keys;
- seed phrases or mnemonic phrases;
- wallet keystore materials;
- transaction signing materials or equivalent cryptographic credentials.
You should provide such information only through an official, secure, clearly designated flow offered by GateClaw, and only when the relevant feature expressly requires it.
B. Information that must not be submitted through ordinary prompts or support channels
Unless explicitly required through an official verified identity or compliance process, you must not submit the following through general chat, prompts, notes, tickets, plugin fields, or unverified workflows:
- trading passwords;
- account passwords;
- 2FA recovery codes;
- one-time verification codes;
- full government-issued identity documents;
- complete bank-card credentials;
- other credentials that can directly override account security controls.
C. User responsibility
If you choose to provide private keys, seed phrases, or similar credentials, you do so at your own risk, and only for the limited purpose of enabling the specific functionality you requested.
You are responsible for verifying that:
- the submission channel is authentic and officially provided by GateClaw;
- the request is necessary for the intended transaction or workflow;
- you understand the consequences of disclosure;
- you rotate or revoke credentials where appropriate after use.
D. GateClaw handling standards
Where GateClaw processes such materials, we will apply security controls appropriate to the sensitivity and use case, which may include access restrictions, encryption, ephemeral handling, isolated execution, audit logging, and minimization practices, subject to technical feasibility and legal requirements.
12. AI Models and External Processors
If you use features powered by third-party models, cloud providers, plugins, or connected services, information relevant to those features may be transmitted to those providers in the minimum scope reasonably necessary to perform the requested task.
Those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices where they act as independent controllers or service providers.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to support authentication, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and service functionality.
You may be able to control these technologies through your browser or device settings, though some features may not work properly if disabled.
14. Changes to This Notice
We may revise this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated, unless a later date is stated.
